Quality Assurance Intern

We are looking for a QA intern to do a 6-month contract with Original Fire Games. We are getting our first game, Circuit Superstars, to the finish line and we need your help ensuring the game reaches the highest quality.

Our team is small, and as a result, our roles are broad. As a QA intern, you will:

  • Perform daily tests across multiple projects and platforms.

  • Report and keep track of bugs.

  • Write clear and concise bug reports.

  • Create test plan documentation for different features.

We're looking for someone who:

  • Has a keen eye for detail.

  • Is analytical and methodical.

  • Is curious, driven, collaborative, and kind.

  • Has excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Loves games and game development.

Applicants must be eligible to work in Canada, or currently in Canada on a work permit/visa. This is a remote position: we are currently working remotely and will continue to do so for the foreseeable future.

Our team goals are aligned with the games we make: we believe work should bring us satisfaction and opportunities for growth and self-expression. We believe in self-managing teams empowered with trust and autonomy. As a team member at Original Fire Games, you will be part of strategizing, planning and executing the development of the game. More importantly, you will be part of a team in which people care about and support each other.

If this sounds like the right opportunity for you, please email your application to the email here:
