Original Fire Games is a Vancouver-based studio developing the top-down racing game Circuit Superstars. We are a 5 member team with studies in game design, engineering, 20+ combined years of game development experience, and over 15 accumulated years of real motor racing experience. 

We are looking for a Technical Artist who can join our team to help us bring this game to players across the globe, help us navigate the technical & content challenges ahead and most importantly, be an ally on this journey. We are a small team, and we are looking for people who are comfortable taking on versatile roles.


As a Technical Artist, you will…

  • Work with artists and designers to create stunning environments for Circuit Superstars

  • Work with artists to create & improve tools and pipelines

  • Collaborate with the team to take features from cradle to ship

  • Collaborate in efforts to evaluate & integrate tools or services that can optimize development


We’re looking for someone who has…

  • 3+ years of experience making games

  • Strong 3D skill set in Maya, 3ds Max or Blender

  • Self-starter, down to earth, collaborative attitude

  • Great communication and documentation skills

  • A love for games!

  • Huge Plus: Strong Houdini skill set for the creation of procedural 3D modelling tools.
